I may not agree with everything she did or didn't do,
but at least she did something.

Gabriela party list Representative Luz Ilagan said “contrasting” the two women Presidents would be more appropriate than “comparing” them.

They will go to your house in an intimidating manner.
They will pretend to be Fiscal Ek-ek or Attorney C.Mission; or
SPO 1 Mando Rugas. and lately,they are using the Barangay!

What they do? nothing much. just give you that 1/4 shit of paper to
call Atty/Fiscal/Judge/SPO (lahat na ata)otherwise you will have a
case( and they will have the cash).
Guess who is on the other line to answer you? why, Mr. Collector
of course!

A Tragic Love Story

Many times, I wished you were here,

What RA 8484 is talking about :

Why, it is actually talking about faking cards! After faking a card, one uses it.

A cardholder who abandons or surreptitiously leaves the place of employment, business or residence stated in his application or credit card:

b.if at the time of such abandonment or surreptitious leaving, the outstanding and unpaid balance is
-past due for at least ninety (90) days and
-is more than Ten thousand pesos (P10,000.00)

shall be prima facie presumed to have used his credit card with intent to defraud.

Abandonment is that to which a person has voluntarily relinquished possession without vesting ownership to any other person. Umalis ng walang paalam.
